Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, he has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. Further he is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.

History: Gerard was born in the east. At a young age he loved to build and create. Through the years after Gerard was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Gerard's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

His hair is white and very short. His face is full, his cheeks are rosy, and he always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in his brown eyes.

Personality: He's a bit of a prankster. He knows he is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. In his 15th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He now owns his own business.

History: Born in the north to a Bather, Aldous learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Bather. He has set out to sabotage the competition.
