Personality: Here is a man who knows he is the smartest in the room. He talks down to others constantly. He is skeptical of what others tell him and is slow to trust.

History: He was born in the west. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Humans in Richard's homeland. Richard decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

Motivation: He doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes.

Personality: He likes to make people angry or surprised. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: Arnold hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. When Arnold reached his early adolescence his Human father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC.

Description: A middle-aged man, he has the majority of his body covered in plate, and is pretty ugly. His hair is always cut to a buzz. His face possesses mild wrinkles. His smile is extraordinarily sincere though he does not smile often.

Personality: He is a melancholic, but persistent worker. He resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Cursed with a spirit at a very young age, Lance has worked very hard to control his curse. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He feels kind of lost in life; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions

Flaws: Ugly, Depressed, Forgetful, Disease. Occupation: Map Maker

Description: This man is bedraggled and starved. He typically wears a sleeveless long coat of deep grey leather and dull brown iron scale mail. His chestnut hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. His face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.

Personality: He is intelligent and cunning, but he will too often allow his rage to get the better of him. He will lose his cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. He is obsessed with a lost civilization.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his mother's willingness to do anything to win. Being a Bowyer kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: To reunite with his old friends; and he has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day

Description: This man stands a little under 5'7" and is a bit bulky. He is very muscular particularly in the legs. He wears a tattered pair of loose green pants, a matching torn shirt, and a visible pair of similar condition same color briefs. His moppish chestnut hair is in a traditional bowl cut. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: Friendly and accommodating he would invite many more into his home than his spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. He is obsessed with finding treasure.

History: Ernest was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Fighter, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Fighter in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He found a children's book about a Human Fighter who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He has dedicated himself to building a better world.

Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Human artifacts is his passion.
