Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Gunter grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food.
