History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. His parents were killed by giants in a raid when he was still a young child. The giants captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep.

Description: This western man dresses in violet turtlenecks beneath a grey coat with green slacks. His clothes are grease stained in places. His white hair is smooth and relatively long. His face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.

Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. He is a ruthless business man, a trait he acquired from his father.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Humans in Justin's homeland. Justin decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Justin fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the west.

Personality: He does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. He is a thrill seeker, he laughs at people and throws down challenges. He is highly competitive and combative.

History: Shane was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: To be a Healer again; and a deep hatred of orcs

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He now mingles about in high society.
