Description: Runty and weak-looking, he typically wears a sleeveless long coat of deep red leather and dull tan iron scale mail. His red hair is cut short. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.
Personality: He loves telling others what to do and how they should feel about things. He has all his life been fascinated with painting.
History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Courier hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture.

Description: This dark-skinned male wears a custom-built plate barding that's adorned with brown lining and desert motifs. He is tall, broad shouldered and powerfully built. He has no hair. He has several tiny aquamarine earrings on each ear.
Personality: He fancies himself a trickster and likes to rely on his wits to carry the day. He cares for his older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.
History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. He now mingles about in high society.
Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Beggar and was forced into it by his family; and regain custody of his daughter

Personality: He speaks before he thinks and is too direct. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Interpreter but believes his peers are too gung-ho.
History: He was born in the west, but his parents moved at a very young age to the east. He helped his mother out around the business and became quite the natural. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature halberd.

Description: A middle-aged man, he wears a shirt and pants that are bristling with pockets overflowing with maps, compasses, and other navigational equipment, and is pretty ugly. He wears a small hat to hide his balding. His otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.
Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Henry embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. As long as the job gets done he does not care how it got done.
History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.
Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and he is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out
