History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. When Hugh reached his early adolescence his Human mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. After a long history of fighting, Hugh and his spouse have recently divorced.

His childhood dream was to be a Mayor, but he was a colossal failure. He has worked as a Locksmith like his father before him.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Locksmith responsibilities is difficult.
