Personality: Percival speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. He is clearly well-traveled and educated. He invites people to come help in his community garden.

History: He comes from a rich western family. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Cook work with an outfit from a few towns over. Cook work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 14 years.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Cook responsibilities is difficult; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions
