History: Reynard hails from a village terrorized by illithids. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by illithids. Reynard was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the illithids.

Personality: He is mildly Human supremacist, though he does not identify as such. He can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: He was born in a small mountains village. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the mountains to a summer home near a large cave. He would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the mountains due to the painful memories there. Gerald took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up hammer and armor he uses now. He was granted psionic powers by his dying brother.

He found a children's book about a Human Fighter who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He has dedicated himself to building a better trade route.
