Personality: He is business-like. He takes instructions and follows them to the letter. He refers to his adoptive mother for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: Norman was born with his mother's beautiful face. In his 20th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

Description: A man of a pale complexion, he wears violet robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally he wears more armor. He prefers to carry a mace, but if one is not available he will default to his monstrous two handed axe. His long silver hair is drawn into a two foot long braid. His face is full, his cheeks are rosy, and he always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in his brown eyes.

Personality: He speaks before he thinks and is too direct. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: He comes from a rich southern family. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it.

Description: He prefers to wear fine silks, though has several suits of combat armor for his hunting needs, but does not cut a very imposing figure. He walks with a slouch but will stand straight to his full 6'1" when asserting himself. He has a long golden beard with little hanging trinkets. His gray eyes are slightly larger than normal.

Personality: He considers himself a man of culture and sophistication. He likes a good challenge to his wits. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. He was taken as a slave by a traveling circus and forced to perform He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Mayor.

Motivation: To unite with his brother; and doesn't want to be a mayor and was forced into it by his family

Personality: He believes mankind has become decadent and spoiled by the march of civilization and an end should come to life as we know it. He is an amazing painter.

History: Born in the east to a Miller, Everard learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. His mother took him hunting and taught him how to get in the mind of other creatures. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Mayor they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Miller, and he later adopted a second daughter.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Miller and was forced into it by his family; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

Personality: He is very quiet and rarely speaks above a whisper. He takes great pride in his work and is very well organized. His planner is full of calendar events.

History: He got into the Bellfounder business at a young age. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. After a long history of fighting, Theobald and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: Expand his business; and many giants want him driven away
