Personality: He hates dire rats. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. A few years later when the east was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge.

Description: This eastern man wears a brown vest and prefers green and blue shirts. His boots appear to have been at one point steel toed but are quite worn down. His clothes are grease stained in places. He has a very tight haircut. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He resents people who mock his appearance or him, so he has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. He loves being with his children and actually smiles when they are around. He would do anything for them. He dislikes his ex a great deal.

History: Born to a Body Guard, his mother struggled to pay the bills. Shane was born on a far eastern plains where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Map Maker. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Body Guard they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Map Maker, and he later adopted a second daughter.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister; and an old rival family wants him found

Description: His skin is bronze and flawless. He wears a white shirt, with a green mid length shorts with green tights and flats, usually wearing a coat over them. He is an epitome of beauty. His auburn hair is lengthy. This amber eyed northerner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: He is a man who does what he needs to. He will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. He moved out east to avoid the crime he committed. Being a Courier kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk he knows how to make people feel guilty. He tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.

History: Rolf was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the east.

Description: Relatively heavier built than your average man, he is not imposing. He typically wears green cloth garments or leather armor. His silver hair, when down, is lengthy. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines brown.

Personality: He does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. He is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in his opinion.

History: Gifted from a young age, Chad studied abroad. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. He was granted arcane powers by his dying sister.

Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs; and meet up once more with his childhood friend
