He wears a robe, a symbol of his god around his neck, and a monstrous two handed axe on his belt. His silver hair is heavily combed to the right. He has a dull look in his violet eyes.

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes orcs are coming to abduct people. He is a bit of a macho man and will challenge people to random contests of strength and skill, and invite them to random hunting and fishing trip.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: He is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. He will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions.

Personality: He fancies himself a trickster and likes to rely on his wits to carry the day. He cares for his older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. He is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.

History: The child of eastern immigrants he idolized his mother. Because his mother participated in the massacre of their homeland, brigands burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. He was preparing to flee to the east, but the outbreak of war prevented him and his father from journeying east to reunite his family. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: Regain custody of his daughter; and a deep hatred of brigands

Personality: He hates Humans with a passion. As such he is filled with self loathing. He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Miles was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. His childhood dream was to be a Barber, but he was a colossal failure. He tends to his Guard job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture; and balancing his hectic life and new guard responsibilities is difficult
