Description: The man speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. He seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if he got out from a pool a few moments ago. He wears clothing that is held on in multiple layers but all of it is in poor condition. His hair is chestnut and very short. This hazel eyed southerner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: He is a melancholic, but persistent worker. He resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: When he was but 4 years old his parents immigrated from the south. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Godfrey grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Godfrey. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.
