History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Humans in Kody's homeland. Kody decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Personality: He does not care much for physical appearances, nor does he care much for other people. He does however care about what he wants and getting it. He disdains his fellow northerners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. Jocelyn was born on a far northern plains where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Seamstress. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Personality: He is unhospitable to his core. His small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. A true patriot, Ralf would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: Ralf was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He has recently attracted an admirer that believes he's playing hard to get.

Motivation: He wants to get laid; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

Description: A man with thick toned arms and a paunchy gut. He dresses in white turtlenecks beneath a black coat with tan slacks. His moppish brown hair is in a traditional bowl cut. His brown eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.

Personality: Always inclined to offer people food he seems plenty friendly. On top of that he is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to his employer will always come first he doesn't like to hit women.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). He has dedicated himself to building a better village for his children.

Personality: He swings through moods quickly. One moment he is cool and collected, the next he is carried away by passions. He loves being with his children and actually smiles when they are around. He would do anything for them. He dislikes his ex a great deal.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it; and to reunite with his absent mother
