He was raised by the temple staff to care always for others above himself and to hold his god always in his heart. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Description: This light-skinned male is wearing dark clothing and a heavy breastplate, keeping many of his physical features obscured. He is tall, broad shouldered and powerfully built. His red hair is lengthy. His eyes are likewise amber. His teeth are yellowed and unaligned.

Personality: He misses his glory days as an athlete. He does not mind his job, but it is boring in comparison. He will often invite strangers home for dinner and talk their ears off. He cares deeply for his spouse and does his best to make sure his guests look presentable.

History: His arcane talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. Some 8 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Robert never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his mother had trained him before.

Personality: He runs his personal life as if detached from it. He organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits he will get from it. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.

History: The child of a Apothecary, who enjoyed hunting, Adelard was taken on many hunting expeditions. His mother was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Adelard fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: He feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world; and he doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes
