History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He was an apprentice working in his father's forge. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by gnolls. Nicholas was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the gnolls.

Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions

Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. He enjoys reading and quiet.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and further expansion of business

Description: This man wears a violet vest with golden trim over his white shirt. His black leather gloves and pants are well-kept, and his violet boots flare out at the collars, and sports empty pouches on his belt. His chestnut hair is cut jaggedly and amateurishly. His half smiles and hazel eyes are beguiling and draw you in.

Personality: He is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Gerard grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Gerard. Being a Glassblower kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. He worked as a nervous Ruler and found it very stressful. He became a Ruler soon after.

History: Dean was born the youngest of three triplets. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture; and he is a bit of a kleptomaniac
