His shirts and pants tend to be short and undersized for him due to the difficulty of finding a good tailor. He keeps his red hair in a flapper bob. He tend to wears goggles to shield his eyes.

Personality: He likes to fabricate stories about his past exploits and how crazy he is, but in actuality he is rather bland. He constantly seizes attention wherever he goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. He likes to think of himself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. History: Born to a Miner, his father struggled to pay the bills. He helped his father out around the business and became quite the natural. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Fletcher responsibilities is difficult; and he is unsatisfied with his job

Personality: This man loves poetry and to teach people poetry more than just about anything. He has all his life been fascinated with poetry.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. Theodoric was born on a far eastern forest where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Butcher. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down.

Description: He wears an amalgamation of clothes and depending on the season will wear more layers of the continuing hodge podge. He has a slight overbite and is overall scrawny. His long red hair reaches down to his waist. His otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Thomas grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Thomas. Being a Apothecary kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

His moppish auburn hair is in a traditional bowl cut. His fair skin shows little sign of his aristocratic breeding.

On top of that he is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to his employer will always come first he doesn't like to hit women.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.
