Personality: He is shy and timid. He has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. He is obsessed with his god.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. Jocelyn was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Jocelyn decided he wanted neither the life of his father nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Personality: He is business-like. He takes instructions and follows them to the letter. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Courier business.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Personality: He is filled with cunning. He likes to feign weakness letting people think he is weak. He will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: The child of a Shepherd, who enjoyed hunting, Balimaar was taken on many hunting expeditions. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. Some 8 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Balimaar never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his son whom he trained as his father had trained him before.
