History: Born to a Fortune-teller, his father struggled to pay the bills. He married young, but lost his spouse to drow. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to drow demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: He desires power and/or immortality; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by drow, and he desires to right it

Personality: He considers himself the perfect gentleman. He makes a point to always show proper etiquette and frequently critiques the etiquette of others. He is an amazing painter.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He was granted psionic powers by his dying sister.

Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for him; and he is greedy

History: The child of western immigrants he idolized his father. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He has dedicated himself to building a better village for his children.

Motivation: He is wracked by social anxiety; and he wants to get laid

He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, William was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He was taken as a slave by a traveling circus and forced to perform He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.
