History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. He was taken from his home at a very young age. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and to clean up the streets

History: Diggory lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town.
