Bertram Sydney, Male Human [Permalink]
Personal [hide]
Description: This man wears well tailored suits and hats with beautiful decoration. He is almost always dressed for an outing in high society, and sports empty pouches on his belt. His red hair is well kept and his bushy mustache is tapered upwards at the ends. His brown eyes are passionate and lively.
Personality: He is a man who does what he needs to. He will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.
History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Bertram grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Bertram. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.
Motivation: He possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal.

Kody Blythe, Male Human [Permalink]
Personal [hide]
Description: This man is unhealthily muscled, almost every single one of his veins is visible when he is not flexing. His shirts and pants tend to be short and undersized for him due to the difficulty of finding a good tailor. With a patchy golden beard and wild golden hair. He has gleaming, smiling violet eyes.
Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Humans.
History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
Motivation: Wants to work out more often.

Godfrey Bradley, Male Human [Permalink]
Personal [hide]
Description: 5'2" and muscular, this northern man is wearing a tight green one piece outfit complete with pants, hood, and a cape. His golden hair is heavily combed to the right. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.
Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. He pushes his goals aggressively. He is also a coward if confronted.
History: Godfrey was born in the north. At a young age he loved to build and create. In his 20th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.
Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally.
