History: A child with a great deal of writing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Tanner work with an outfit from a few towns over. Tanner work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Description: A pudgy man standing about 5'10" has a big stupid grin on his face most of the time. He tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with his rolled up shirt sleeves this gives him a very relaxed look. His white hair is cut short. His eyes are a pleasant violet.

Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. He is lazy and tries to find solutions quickly.

History: When he was but 3 years old his parents immigrated from the north. Hugh was born on a far northern plains where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Brewer. He guards a vault combo very seriously as well as the key needed to open it.

Description: This man is moderately tanned and has just the faintest trace of an accent. He wears professional attire. He has a long red beard with little hanging trinkets. His eyes are likewise violet.

Personality: Here is a man who knows he is the smartest in the room. He talks down to others constantly. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Sculptor but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for him.

Description: This man stands a little under 5'8" and is a bit bulky. He is very muscular particularly in the legs. He wears very tight pants and wife beaters, though occasionally he sports a grey coat. He has moderate length silver hair. He has a tattooed face.

Personality: He is quiet and unassuming. He ignores others and carries on with his job unassumingly. He is fiercely devoted to his father, and views his father's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-sister.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Simon was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He has worked as a Navigator like his father before him.

Personality: He is calm most of the time but flees social interaction. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. He found a children's book about a Human Fighter who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature hand crossbow.
