History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered poetry. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. He loves being with his children and actually smiles when they are around. He would do anything for them. He dislikes his ex a great deal.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Apothecary hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Sailor they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Apothecary, and he later adopted a second son.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister; and doesn't want to be a apothecary and was forced into it by his family
