Anselm Shelley, Male Human [Permalink]
Personal [hide]
Description: He has a missing left arm. He has the majority of his body covered in plate. His black hair is well kept and his bushy mustache is tapered upwards at the ends. He wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.
Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.
History: Anselm hails from a village terrorized by brigands. As a young child he wandered into the woods despite his father's warnings against it. Afterwards he claimed he had encountered brigands who tried to eat his hand. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.

Ernest Radcliffe, Male Human [Permalink]
Personal [hide]
Description: With blue face paint in a stripe pattern across his face, he wears clothing that is held on in multiple layers but all of it is in poor condition. His hair is long and auburn with streaks of golden, and is pulled back with small black clips. His beard is golden, braided, and well cared for. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.
Personality: He has always had a great fascination with Human culture. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of brigands may trigger it at times.
History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Ernest liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He bought a hand crossbow and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.
Motivation: He wants revenge against brigands; and someone believes him a fraud

Description: His right thumb is blackened and bruised, but otherwise he appears quite healthy. He typically wears a sleeveless long coat of deep yellow leather and dull white iron scale mail. His hair is short and blonde. His fair skin shows little sign of his aristocratic breeding.
Personality: Friendly and accommodating he would invite many more into his home than his spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. On top of that he is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to his employer will always come first he doesn't like to hit women.
History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Alex grew up listening to his father's many stories. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.
