History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He worked as a nervous Shoemaker and found it very stressful. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Shoemaker for hire.

Personality: He is quite rude, and likes to deride his opponents skill and shout insults at them. Aldous enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: He is a Lamia in disguise. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his mother's willingness to do anything to win. He has dedicated himself to building a better kind of golem.

Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact; and he has decided he is irredeemable

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

He claims to be doing their will and will base all his actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.

History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. Being born in the south, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way east. He has set out to sabotage the competition.
