Personality: He is enamored with his job. He loves it. He likes the challenge and he likes helping those less fortunate than him. He tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.

History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Jocelyn grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Jocelyn. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Tanner.
