Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this western guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. Like his father and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Roofer. After a long history of fighting, Balimaar and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: Wants his loneliness to end; and to settle down with his crush
