History: He was born into a rich family. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Bowyer work with an outfit from a few towns over. Bowyer work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He struck the Bowyer job and began his own company from there.

Motivation: He is terrified, and will act out of fear.

History: Roland was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He has worked as a Mortician like his mother before him.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg

Description: He appears as an extremely gaunt Human, and stands approximately 5'6". He wears a black shirt with thin brown vertical stripes and violet pants, and his gloved hand is found clutching a ceremonial dagger. His auburn hair and beard is wavy and long. His ears are large.

Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. He pushes his goals aggressively. He is also a coward if confronted.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Roland liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He bought a ceremonial dagger and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.
