History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. Arnold was born on a far northern forest where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Scribe. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by goblins. Arnold was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the goblins.

Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Engraver born in the past three hundred years. He uses his nature as a weapon; he likes to lead opponents to think him in distress.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. He now owns his own business.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister; and he is unsatisfied with his job

Description: This late middle aged man dresses in collared shirts and wears a proper scarf over his head and is in decent physical shape. His chestnut hair is braided into rings. His face is full, his cheeks are rosy, and he always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in his blue eyes.

Personality: He is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends he is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy himself. He refers to his adoptive father for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. His first spouse was a Stylist, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

Motivation: An old rival family wants him found.

Personality: Raymond is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Soapmaker but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Soapmaker work with an outfit from a few towns over. Soapmaker work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: A powerful slaver made him what he is. Cursed with lycanthropy at a very young age, Anselm has worked very hard to control his curse. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.
