Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He is intelligent and cunning, but he will too often allow his rage to get the better of him. He will lose his cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. He is underhanded and not above using his wealth and body to get others to do his bidding.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Human activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Human doctor. After a long history of fighting, Ralf and his spouse have recently divorced.
