Personality: Ernest speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. He is clearly well-traveled and educated. He constantly seizes attention wherever he goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. He likes to think of himself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: Gifted from a young age, Ernest studied abroad. His parents enrolled him in a Fighter school at a young age so that he could practice his arcane talents. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion; and marry his brother to traveling adventurers

History: He comes from a rich western family. He worked as a nervous Roofer and found it very stressful. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.
