History: Ralf was born in the south. At a young age he loved to build and create. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Navigator for hire.

Description: He stands about 6'1" and typically wears tan cloth garments or leather armor. His right leg appears badly burned and disfigured. His blonde hair is lengthy and is close to two feet long. His fierce brown eyes like to dwell on things.

Personality: He is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. Heward enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Ploughman arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Description: This slender man stands about 6'0". He wears a robe, a symbol of the sun god around his neck, and a axe on his belt. His long blonde hair is drawn into a two foot long braid. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are hazel.

Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. He plays an instrument quite well.

History: Born to a Guard, his father struggled to pay the bills. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Cartwright and was forced into it by his family.

Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: Prone to second guessing himself, he comes off as nervous. He takes great joy in being the best Slave Trader in town.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. He helped his father out around the business and became quite the natural. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Slave Trader.

Description: Runty and weak-looking, he wears tattered old clothes. His red hair is cut short with large spiked bangs in the front. His eyes are blue and he is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. He loves his children and doesn't want them to worry about him. He loves to share his singing with anyone who is interested.

History: Aldous lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered singing. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Marry his sister to traveling adventurers.
