Description: Relatively heavier built than your average man, he is not imposing. He wears loose pants and a collared shirt complete with sweater beneath his coat. His brown hair, when down, is lengthy. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He is quiet and unassuming. He ignores others and carries on with his job unassumingly. He is obsessed with a lost civilization.

History: Hugh was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Fighter, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Fighter in service of a powerful lord somewhere. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Gardener. He has dedicated himself to building a better world.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Gardener responsibilities is difficult.

Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. He is always in debt, since he spends his money on lavish parties and gifts for friends

History: Simon was born with his mother's beautiful face. His first spouse was a Dilettante, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister; and retire the richest man in the south

Personality: He does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. He is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in his opinion.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: To protect his home; and a strong sense of loyalty to human people

Description: He is a physically imposing dark-skinned man. He likes to wear black tank tops with brown pants. His brown hair and beard is wavy and long. His eyes are brown and catlike.

Personality: He barks his statements quickly and with little fuss. He prefers small words and is at his heart utilitarian. Around other people he will do his best to conceal his emotions and appear jolly.

History: He was born in a small forest village. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the forest to a summer home near a old dungeon. He would wander through that old dungeon and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the forest due to the painful memories there. Kody took refuge in the old dungeon and found the beat up pickaxe and armor he uses now. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.
