Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. He is very protective of his business, his home, and his spouse. He is willing to work with less than legal methods but maintains the front of legitimacy.

History: Gifted from a young age, Justin studied abroad. His psionic abilities were realized during a raid on his village. He was granted psionic powers by his dying brother.

Description: A man of a pale complexion, he is dressed in earthy colors with a white and green handkerchief worn on his left side. Sporting a black mohawk and bushy mustache this man's hair draws a lot of attention. His eyes are a pleasant gray.

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He is fiercely devoted to his mother, and views his mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-sister.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He always admired martial-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He has achieved small success as a Crown-heir.
