Manfred's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

History: Ernest hails from a village terrorized by drow. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the east were limited. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by drow. Ernest was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the drow.
