Personality: Here is a man who knows he is the smartest in the room. He talks down to others constantly. He is accommodating to his spouse and as such limits his hospitality. He is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven himself a capable leader.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Norman grew up listening to his father's many stories. Norman liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Personality: He is unhospitable to his core. His small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. He pushes his goals aggressively. He is also a coward if confronted.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Guy was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.

Motivation: Regain custody of his son.

History: Born to a Soapmaker, his mother struggled to pay the bills. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Description: This northern man prefers to wear grey clothing when he does not wear armor. His clothes are grease stained in places. He is bald on top and has large black tufts of hair around his ears. He has a tattooed face.

Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. When triggered he is a bloodthirsty maniac, stopping at nothing and killing everything for almost an hour.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.

Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. His father was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and sabotage a competitor
