History: Gerard lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Courier.

Because his father participated in the massacre of their homeland, drow burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. He was preparing to flee to the north, but the outbreak of war prevented him and his mother from journeying north to reunite his family. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.
