Personality: He is quite rude, and likes to deride his opponents skill and shout insults at them. He does not mind isolation but does not hate company and attempts to receive them as best as possible.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Simon fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He married young, but lost his spouse to orcs. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: He wants revenge against orcs; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by orcs, and he desires to right it
