Personality: He is business-like. He takes instructions and follows them to the letter. He disdains his fellow northerners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Personality: He snorts whenever he laughs or is feeling confident. Around other people he will do his best to conceal his emotions and appear jolly.

History: Miles was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Like his mother and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Tailor. Some 10 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Miles never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his mother had trained him before.

Motivation: He feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg

Personality: He misses his glory days as an athlete. He does not mind his job, but it is boring in comparison. He is a ruthless business man, a trait he acquired from his mother.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when illithids swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. He took after his mother in leading caravans. Because they were valued, his mother taught him to defend himself. When his mother died while fighting illithids, the young Everard began to lead the lost caravan. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud.

Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Manfred will drive conversation. The war was a terrible time for him, and Manfred does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Miner they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Unemployed, and he later adopted a second daughter.

Motivation: He loathes his own lifestyle; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army
