History: Percival was born in the east. At a young age he loved to build and create. Description: Wearing a closed helm and plate, one would not know what he was had he not made sure his armor was more form fitting than normal. History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. Cursed with vampirism at a very young age, Frederick has worked very hard to control his curse. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.
