History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

Personality: He is curt in most of his responses. He prefers to keep his word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. He lacks restraint and is impulsive. He jumps in and acts without thinking all too often.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. Recently a tribe of drow attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Gilbert fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Bernard embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. A true patriot, Bernard would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Personality: He is shy and timid. He has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. He takes great joy in being the best Detective in town.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. He worked as a nervous Detective and found it very stressful. He has worked as a Detective like his mother before him.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Detective responsibilities is difficult; and sabotage a competitor

Personality: Friendly and accommodating he would invite many more into his home than his spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: Justin was born with his father's beautiful face. Justin was orphaned to a temple shortly after his birth. He was raised by the temple staff to care always for others above himself and to hold his god always in his heart. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.

Motivation: He is wracked by social anxiety; and nothing but the best is good enough for him
