Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Balimaar embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. Balimaar enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

He wears a wide-brimmed hat to cover his moderate length black hair. His face is full, his cheeks are rosy, and he always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in his blue eyes.

Personality: He never swears and excessively uses polite adverbs when speaking. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He has had some formal writing training, and achieved minor success. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Personality: He likes to fabricate stories about his past exploits and how crazy he is, but in actuality he is rather bland. He is used to getting what he wants. In part because he is a meticulous planner.

History: A powerful wizard made him what he is. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: He seems to be bored by most things; and to find somewhere to settle down

Description: This man usually wears his blue robe and has his falchion always slung over his shoulder. He is muscular with a powerful set of arms. His chestnut hair is kept up in a ponytail inside a feathered hat. He has a tattooed face.

Personality: He's a bit of a prankster. He knows he is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. He is frequently practicing swordplay.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He helped his father out around the business and became quite the natural. After a long history of fighting, Reynard and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: A strong sense of loyalty to Human people; and to be a server again

Description: This petite short man is perpetually holding a sweet of some kind. He wears clothing that is held on in multiple layers but all of it is in poor condition, marred by sweets. His auburn hair and beard is wavy and long. His eyes are likewise gray. His teeth are yellowed and unaligned.

Personality: He hates Humans with a passion. As such he is filled with self loathing. Energy wise he seems alert and responsive.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Human artifacts is his passion.
