History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Personality: He is irritable and easily angered. He is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use his stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when drow swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. In his 13th year, his parents were killed by a drow raid, leaving Hubert alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. After a long history of fighting, Hubert and his spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: He runs his personal life as if detached from it. He organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits he will get from it. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Aldous is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: Born in the west to a Beggar, Aldous learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. Aldous abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Personality: He is mildly Human supremacist, though he does not identify as such. A fanatic, his devotion to his small selection of gods is unquestionable. He claims to be doing their will and will base all his actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.
