Personality: This man loves writing and to teach people writing more than just about anything. He is fiercely devoted to his father, and views his father's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-sister.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. He was taken as a slave by a traveling circus and forced to perform He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out.

Description: Wearing a closed helm and plate, one would not know what he was had he not made sure his armor was more form fitting than normal. Outside of the suit he is typically in his Ploughman uniform. His blonde hair is lengthy. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines violet.

Personality: He seems absolutely devoid of it. He stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of gnolls once and for all.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Ploughman. He tends to his Ploughman job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by gnolls, and he desires to right it.

Description: 5'0" and muscular, this northern man is wearing dark clothing and a heavy breastplate, keeping many of his physical features obscured. With bright silver hair and a scraggly beard. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Justin embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. He is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.

History: A powerful necromancer made him what he is. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: Many drow want him driven away.

Description: A 6'1" western man, he is armored in gleaming platemail with gilded edges. A flowing black cape and mantle trimmed with soft brown waves gently in the breeze. He wears a top hat to cover his moderate length brown hair. His face is scarred and worn.

Personality: He snorts whenever he laughs or is feeling confident. On top of that he is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to his employer will always come first he doesn't like to hit women.

History: He was born in the west. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Motivation: Meet up once more with his childhood friend; and he has a crush on the local performer

Description: A hulking man with gigantic muscles, he wears black robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally he wears more armor. He prefers to carry a nunchaku, but if one is not available he will default to his shortbow. He has wavy silver hair. His eyes are gray.

Personality: He is a very philanthropic person; he spends his free time working at various soup kitchens. He is obsessed with a lost civilization.

History: Arnold was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Fighter, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Fighter in service of a powerful lord somewhere. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his mother's willingness to do anything to win. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

Motivation: He is a bit of a kleptomaniac; and he has passion for adventuring and risk
