Description: 5'6" and muscular, this eastern man very much looks the part of a Fletcher. His hair, while still mostly silver, has prominent grey streaks. His eyes are likewise gray. His teeth are white and perfect.

Personality: He is shy and timid. He has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. He tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.

History: Arnold was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, he has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. He lacks restraint and is impulsive. He jumps in and acts without thinking all too often.

History: Roland was born with his father's beautiful face. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Dilettante hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

Description: This man is very fat, and prefers to wear grey pants and tee shirts. He has wavy blonde hair. His hazel eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Dustin fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever

Personality: He is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends he is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy himself. He is obsessed with a lost civilization.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Motivation: To reunite with his old friends.

Description: He sports brown clothing, slightly heavier than average wear. He carries with him a set of rapiers on his belt, each one with a ruby on the hilt. His golden hair is singed and shortened. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. Rolf is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his sisters into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the south. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Herbalist they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Carpenter, and he later adopted a second son.

Motivation: His relatives are trying to arrange a marriage; and doesn't want to be a carpenter and was forced into it by his family
