Description: A middle-aged man, he is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright green and black, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems, and is pretty ugly. His hair is short and golden. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He is irritable and easily angered. He is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use his stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. He cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.

History: He got into the Laborer business at a young age. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Laborer. After a long history of fighting, Dean and his spouse have recently divorced.

He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.
