Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Arnold embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. He loves teas. He is very sensitive about his face. To blow off anger he lifts weights and to control his otherwise explosive temper he works out a lot.

History: Born in the west to a Miller, Arnold learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Description: A middle-aged man, he dresses like a well dressed Merchant does, and is pretty ugly. He has a very tight haircut. His eyes are a pleasant amber.

Personality: He likes to be helpful to his clients. He likes to prescribe proper advice to his clients. His actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as he answers to a power that mortal men fail to acknowledge.

History: Shane was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Fighter, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Fighter in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: His religion dominates his actions; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions

Personality: He is fixated on the number 82. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. He is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in his opinion.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. A freak accident while working with his Shipwright father left him crippled. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and wants his loneliness to end

Description: He is a physically imposing dark-skinned man. He tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with his rolled up shirt sleeves this gives him a very relaxed look. With bright chestnut hair and a scraggly beard. He has several tiny emerald earrings on each ear.

Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, he has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: He wants to get laid; and wants his loneliness to end

Personality: He is irritable and easily angered. He is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use his stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. A true patriot, Lance would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and wants to work out more often
