Personality: He seems absolutely devoid of it. He stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: Peter was born in the east. At a young age he loved to build and create. In his 17th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed.
