History: Gifted from a young age, Randal studied abroad. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

History: When he was but 8 years old his parents immigrated from the south. A gifted student he started as a Dilettante, but he got bored and became a Bookbinder. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
