Description: He wears many layers of old clothing at all times, and he perpetually has his lance ready. His blonde hair is cut short. His blue eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.

Personality: Quiet and reserved he prefers to listen than to talk. He will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. He takes great pride in his work and is very well organized. His planner is full of calendar events.

History: Dean hails from a village terrorized by drow. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Guard hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to drow demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Expand his business.

Description: His skin has the orange glow of too much sun. He sports white clothing, slightly heavier than average wear. His blonde hair is lengthy. His face is full, his cheeks are rosy, and he always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in his brown eyes.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. After a long history of fighting, William and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: Revenge; and retire the richest man in the south

Description: He prefers to wear fine silks, though has several suits of combat armor for his hunting needs. He cuts an attractive figure and his suit of old armor is well cared for even if it is obsolete. His black hair is drawn into a tight pony tail with a clover scrunchie. He wears a mask on his face.

Personality: Friendly and accommodating he would invite many more into his home than his spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. His job bores him to no end. He has decided to make it more interesting.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Anselm grew up listening to his father's many stories. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Motivation: He uses money and sex appeal to get what he needs; and he possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Balimaar grew up listening to his father's many stories. He became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

Motivation: To unite with his sister; and seeks redemption

Personality: He hates goblins. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: Born in the north to a Body Guard, Roger learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He struck the Body Guard job and began his own company from there.

Motivation: He feels kind of lost in life; and he is terrified, and will act out of fear
