Personality: He considers himself the protector of his home. He feels this is his duty and calling. He will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Gilbert was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Gilbert decided he wanted neither the life of his mother nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. Being a Fletcher kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Personality: He is enamored with his job. He loves it. He likes the challenge and he likes helping those less fortunate than him. He seeks to pay back kindness whenever he gets the chance. Whether it be in the form of unwanted serenades or the latest gossip he always seeks to do solids for his friends.

History: Born to a Tailor, his mother struggled to pay the bills. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. He's also a talented Tailor, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Sellsword responsibilities is difficult.

Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage daughter.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. He has recently attracted an admirer that believes he's playing hard to get.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister; and he's attracted to the pc

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. He was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of philosophers.
